The terms that apply when you book cleaning services with M's Cleaning Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the M's Cleaning Service website and the cleaning services we provide. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Services & quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide about your space and are an estimate until confirmed on-site. If conditions differ significantly from what was described, we'll discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding.
Scheduling, access & cancellations
- You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the space to be cleaned at the scheduled time.
- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or lockouts may incur a fee to cover our team's reserved time.
- We make every effort to arrive within the agreed window and will contact you promptly if anything changes.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. Recurring services are billed according to the schedule you select.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a specific area, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean it at no additional charge. This guarantee covers re-cleaning and does not constitute a cash refund.
Liability
We are fully insured and treat your property with care. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 48 hours so we can make it right. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that are not reasonably secured.
Your responsibilities
- Secure or set aside fragile, valuable or irreplaceable items before your appointment.
- Inform us of any special instructions, hazards, or areas to avoid.
- Ensure pets are safely managed during the visit.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
